Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for smooth office operations
- Professionally manage phone calls, chats, and email communications
- Update and maintain documentation and data entry
- Assist with weekly and monthly reporting
- Analyze monthly call and chat data
- Handle ad-hoc tasks and reports as required
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent in any field
- Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia (knowledge of Chinese is a plus)
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Previous call center experience is an advantage
- Strong computer skills (basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus
- Willingness to work in Kuchai Lama
- Availability to work on weekends
