Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Address grievances and resolve concerns promptly
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions
- Coordinate with internal departments for effective solutions
- Identify and escalate complex issues
- Process orders, forms, and requests
- Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on our products, policies, and services
- Support sales and assist with administrative tasks
- Provide feedback on customer trends to management
