What you'll be doing
- Providing administrative support to the sales and client service teams, including data entry, filing, and correspondence
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and databases
- Scheduling appointments and arranging logistics for client meetings and events
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and other inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required
- Providing general office support, such as ordering supplies and managing inventory
Who we're looking for
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, including UBS, Word and Excel.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably in a client-facing environment
- A proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
