What you'll be doing

  • Providing administrative support to the sales and client service teams, including data entry, filing, and correspondence
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and databases
  • Scheduling appointments and arranging logistics for client meetings and events
  • Handling incoming calls, emails, and other inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required
  • Providing general office support, such as ordering supplies and managing inventory

Who we're looking for

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, including UBS, Word and Excel.
  • Attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy
  • Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably in a client-facing environment
  • A proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
