Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide production staff on the shop floor
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion
- Enforce quality standards and workplace safety
- Coordinate with warehouse and maintenance teams
- Report daily output and issues to the Production Manager
Job Requirements:
- At least 1 year experience in the furniture manufacturing field
- Good communication skills and organizational skills
