Job Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and messages in a professional and empathetic manner
- Provide accurate information and guidance to customers on products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer support
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes
- Ensure all customer queries are resolved promptly and to customer satisfaction
Job Requirements:
- Possess at least a Diploma/Professional Certificate in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in customer care functions across any industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing customer needs
