Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and messages in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Provide accurate information and guidance to customers on products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up actions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer support
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes
  • Ensure all customer queries are resolved promptly and to customer satisfaction

Job Requirements:

  • Possess at least a Diploma/Professional Certificate in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in customer care functions across any industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing customer needs
