Job Responsibilities:
- Data Entry and Processing: Issue Sales Orders (SO), Purchase Orders (PO), and Invoices (INV) using Autocount System with attention to detail and accuracy
- Coordination: Co-lead with the Supervisor to coordinate tasks for the sales team and ensure smooth operations
- Communication: Handle correspondence via emails and WhatsApp
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues or discrepancies in processes or data
- Administrative Support: Provide support to team members or managers as needed
- Data Entry: Accurately record claim details in Excel or relevant systems in a timely manner
- Report Preparation: Compile and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports and other required documents
- Record Keeping: Maintain and organize records, files, and databases, ensuring accuracy and accessibility
- Compliance: Ensure all documentation and processes comply with industry regulations and company policies
Job Requirements:
- Preferably with 1 year of working experience
- Highly motivated, self-starter, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Able to start work immediately
- Hardworking with a positive attitude
- Good organizational skills and a strong sense of urgency towards task completion
- Able to work under a fast-paced and pressure-driven environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Mandarin-speaking preferred; multilingual abilities are an advantage
