General Function:
- Responsible for overseeing quality control activities, preparing quality reports, and coordinating with internal departments on quality-related matters.
Detailed Responsibilities:
Quality Control & Assurance
- In-charge of incoming raw materials quality control & outgoing finished goods to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and requirement
- Verify quality production report and continual report improvement
- Monitoring and analyzing quality performance
- Develop, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs) quality control
- Conduct process audits to verify adherence to SOPs, WIs, and regulatory standards
Reporting & Compliance
- Submit periodic (daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly) required performance and quality reports accurately, completely and timely to the Supply Chain Asst. Manager
- Comply with additional responsibilities and projects as-and-when assigned by the Supply Chain Asst. Manager
- Comply and participate in all ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Safety, FSC, PEFC and 5S related matters
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Technology (Quality Engineering), or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in QA/QC or manufacturing
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes, SOPs, and audits
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & ERP systems (e.g., AutoCount)
Working Hours:
- 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Monday to Friday)
- Rest Break: 1 hour/day (Friday: 1 hour 30 minutes)
- 5-day workweek (Normal Shift)
