Job Responsibilities:

Front Desk & Customer Service

  • Serve as the first point of contact by handling incoming phone calls and greeting internal and external customers professionally
  • Maintain front door security and report any suspicious activity to the relevant personnel
  • Organize and manage reception area to ensure it remains clean and welcoming at all times
  • Answer calls in a professional manner and route them to the appropriate departments

Administrative & Office Management

  • Collect, sort, and distribute all incoming mail and courier items
  • Order and maintain office supplies, pantry items, and utilities to ensure smooth office operations
  • Set up meeting rooms and training facilities, including scheduling appointments and arranging necessary equipment
  • Assist in a range of administrative tasks including thumbprint setup, photocopying, faxing, taking notes, and arranging travel plans
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital files related to office operations
  • Support in sourcing quotations and managing petty cash
  • Assist in the renewal of CIDB and compilation of attendance reports

Building & Vendor Liaison

  • Act as the main liaison for all matters involving UOA Management Building
  • Supervise and inspect cleaners' daily tasks to ensure office cleanliness and hygiene
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers when necessary

Digital Presence

  • Maintain and update the company’s social media profiles (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn)
  • Handle internal company email notifications and communications

Job Requirements:

  • At least one year experience are required
