Job Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems in line with company objectives
  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties
  • Provide administrative support in recruitment and training activities
  • Monitor and manage employees’ leave, attendance, and records
  • Maintain accurate training records and assist with training arrangements
  • Assist the HR & Admin Manager in planning and implementing HR policies aligned with company and group standards
  • Handle all necessary documentation related to recruitment, including contacting candidates and scheduling interviews
  • Conduct reference checks and background verifications for shortlisted candidates
  • Maintain employee personal files and general HR documentation
  • Facilitate the recruitment process, including managing manpower requisition forms and job descriptions in coordination with hiring departments
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
  • Manage the onboarding process for new joiners, ensuring all arrangements are completed
  • Provide general clerical and administrative support to the HR team
  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks and HR projects assigned by the HR & Admin Manager

Job Requirements:

  • Mandarin Speaker Only
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any relevant field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage with all levels of staff
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required. Ability to converse in Mandarin is a strong advantage
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
  • Good understanding of office administration practices and HR processes
  • Strong time management and task prioritization skills
  • Professional appearance and conduct
