Job Responsibilities
- Install and set up household appliances at customer locations (e.g., air conditioners, fans, washing machines)
- Conduct product testing to ensure appliances are functioning correctly after installation
- Provide customers with basic user training and safety instructions
- Troubleshoot and resolve any installation or technical issues on-site
- Maintain detailed service logs and submit reports on completed installations
- Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams to schedule installation appointments
- Ensure all installations comply with safety, quality, and company standards
Job Requirements:
- Ability to perform basic electrical work
- Experience in installing air conditioners and fans
- Plumbing skills are an added advantage
- Must have own vehicle and valid driving license for transportation to customer sites
- Physically fit and able to handle appliance installations
