Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, document management, and overall organization
  • Support the management team by scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements
  • Assist in coordinating office operations such as ordering supplies, liaising with vendors, and managing office equipment
  • Act as the first point of contact for incoming calls and visitors, delivering excellent customer service
  • Provide support for HR-related tasks, including onboarding new employees and maintaining accurate employee records
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient administrative support across departments

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • A detail-oriented mindset with proactive problem-solving skills
  • A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile
