Job Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with the company’s foreign and local partners regarding purchase orders
  • Coordinate and track shipments with forwarding agents and logistics partners
  • Open and maintain customer accounts, ensuring data accuracy and up-to-date records
  • Assist in product cost calculations, as needed
  • Support colleagues and provide administrative assistance across relevant departments
  • Perform administrative tasks or ad-hoc assignments as directed by company directors

Job Requirements:

  • Must be proficient in English, both written and spoken
  • Experience using accounting software (preferably SQL) is required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Minimum qualification: STPM / A-Level / Pre-U / Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
  • candidates with at least 2 years of experience in a related field will have an added advantage
