Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with the company’s foreign and local partners regarding purchase orders
- Coordinate and track shipments with forwarding agents and logistics partners
- Open and maintain customer accounts, ensuring data accuracy and up-to-date records
- Assist in product cost calculations, as needed
- Support colleagues and provide administrative assistance across relevant departments
- Perform administrative tasks or ad-hoc assignments as directed by company directors
Job Requirements:
- Must be proficient in English, both written and spoken
- Experience using accounting software (preferably SQL) is required
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Minimum qualification: STPM / A-Level / Pre-U / Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- candidates with at least 2 years of experience in a related field will have an added advantage
