Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers, ensuring a premium in-store experience
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-value clients
- Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage loyalty
- Maintain accurate customer records and preferences for personalized service
- Coordinate with sales and service teams to resolve issues efficiently
- Assist in implementing customer loyalty programs and gathering feedback
- Support client engagement activities, VIP events, and promotional campaigns
Job Requirements:
- Should have excellent communication skills
- Pleasant personality
- Previous experience in a similar position will be an added advantage
