Job Responsibiities:
- Create brand content: Social media visuals, videos, captions and marketing materials
- Basic graphic design using Canva / Photoshop / Illustrator
- Simple shooting and video editing
- Customer support
- Respond to customer inquiries (via WhatsApp / Facebook / Instagram)
Job Requirements:
- Passionate about visual branding and content creation
- Basic knowledge of design and layout
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and a good communicator
- Experience in customer service or e-commerce backend is a plus
