Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage events based on client needs and budgets
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams
• Handle logistics, scheduling, and on-site setup
• Ensure smooth execution and resolve issues during events
• Manage budgets and maintain event documentation

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma from a recognized institution
• Proficient in Mandarin and English (Spoken & Written)
• Must be computer literate
•  A team player with a positive attitude
• Must have own transportation
• Able to work at Ara Damansara
