Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and organizing events
• Support coordination with vendors and venues
• Help manage event logistics and schedules
• Participate in on-site event setup and coordination
• Maintain event documentation and reports
• Provide administrative and creative support to the event team

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma from a recognized institution
• Proficient in Madarin and English (spoken & written)
• Must be computer literate
• A team player with a positive attitude
• Must have own transportation
• Able to work at Ara Damansara
