Job Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the business to ensure smooth workflow
- Monitor and maintain high service standards and performance of technicians
- Provide excellent customer service and support, including handling complaints effectively
- Lead technician meetings for training sessions and operational briefings
- Conduct persistent sales efforts, especially through cold calling, to secure new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales cycle
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions through effective product and service presentations
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience required
