Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the business to ensure smooth workflow
  • Monitor and maintain high service standards and performance of technicians
  • Provide excellent customer service and support, including handling complaints effectively
  • Lead technician meetings for training sessions and operational briefings
  • Conduct persistent sales efforts, especially through cold calling, to secure new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales cycle
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions through effective product and service presentations

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience required
