Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office
- Perform general administrative tasks including filing, organizing, copying, and scanning of claims and drawings, especially in support of Quantity Surveyors (QS)
- Manage and arrange stationery supplies for employees
- Schedule and coordinate administrative projects, ensuring timely completion and results
- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, email, and mail
- Assist the team with tasks requiring organizational and communication skills
- Respond to inquiries and provide necessary information and assistance
- Liaise with site personnel or relevant parties to coordinate project orders and arrangements
Job Requirements:
- At least 1 year of administrative experience
- Strong reporting and administrative writing skills
- Ability to manage office processes and multitask effectively
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional demeanor and communication style
- Effective problem-solving and verbal communication skills
- Minimum qualification: Diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat
