Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office
  • Perform general administrative tasks including filing, organizing, copying, and scanning of claims and drawings, especially in support of Quantity Surveyors (QS)
  • Manage and arrange stationery supplies for employees
  • Schedule and coordinate administrative projects, ensuring timely completion and results
  • Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, email, and mail
  • Assist the team with tasks requiring organizational and communication skills
  • Respond to inquiries and provide necessary information and assistance
  • Liaise with site personnel or relevant parties to coordinate project orders and arrangements

Job Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of administrative experience
  • Strong reporting and administrative writing skills
  • Ability to manage office processes and multitask effectively
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Professional demeanor and communication style
  • Effective problem-solving and verbal communication skills
  • Minimum qualification: Diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat
