Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle general administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and documentation
  • Prepare invoices, delivery orders, and purchase orders
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and supplier transactions
  • Coordinate with sales, logistics, and warehouse teams for smooth operations
  • Manage office supplies and support daily office operations
  • Assist in basic bookkeeping and report preparation
  • Respond to customer and supplier inquiries promptly and professionally

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience required
