Salary Range : RM 1,800.00 – 2,500.00

Job Responsibilities:

  • To provide comprehensive administrative support to department heads and team members, including managing correspondence and maintaining records
  • Coordinate interdepartmental communication and collaborations, facilitating effective information flow
  • Prepare, file and organize document and reports
  • Ensure the document and data are accessible and up to date
  • Assist with data management tasks, including tracking progress, compiling data and preparing presentations as needed
  • Organize and coordinate departmental meetings, prepare meeting agenda, taking minutes and following up in actions
  • Management departmental office supplies and resources
  • Support public relations in managing communications, organizing events and handling inquiries across departmental personnel
  • Ensure departmental staff are adhering to company policies and safety regulations
  • Perform general office duties as required

Job Requirements:

  • SPM, Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Attention to detail
  • Possesses problem-solving skill
  • Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required. Proficiency in Mandarin both spoken and written is highly desirable
  • Ability to work collaboratively and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess own transport
  • Applicants must be willing to work in our Factory in Shah Alam, Selangor
