Job Responsibilities:
- To provide comprehensive administrative support to department heads and team members, including managing correspondence and maintaining records
- Coordinate interdepartmental communication and collaborations, facilitating effective information flow
- Prepare, file and organize document and reports
- Ensure the document and data are accessible and up to date
- Assist with data management tasks, including tracking progress, compiling data and preparing presentations as needed
- Organize and coordinate departmental meetings, prepare meeting agenda, taking minutes and following up in actions
- Management departmental office supplies and resources
- Support public relations in managing communications, organizing events and handling inquiries across departmental personnel
- Ensure departmental staff are adhering to company policies and safety regulations
- Perform general office duties as required
Job Requirements:
- SPM, Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail
- Possesses problem-solving skill
- Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required. Proficiency in Mandarin both spoken and written is highly desirable
- Ability to work collaboratively and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess own transport
