Job Responsibilities:
- Guide customers in choosing the best AFYAA health and wellness products based on their needs
- Respond to customer inquiries and feedback on WhatsApp and online platforms in a professional and friendly manner
- Work closely with the marketing team to execute strategies and promotions
- Monitor sales performance, provide valuable insights and grow together as a team
Job Requirements:
- Minimum SPM/Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Customer Service or any related field
- Experience as Customer Service, Online Sales, Telesales, Telemarketing is a plus
- Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia
