Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level support for ERP system issues, including troubleshooting and resolving user queries
  • Log, track, and manage support requests using the internal helpdesk system
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
  • Guide users on system processes and best practices to optimize ERP usage
  • Document solutions and maintain detailed knowledge base entries
  • Assist in conducting user training and creating user-friendly guides and FAQs
  • Monitor and report recurring issues to suggest process improvements

Job Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills in English (Mandarin is a plus)
  • 2–3 years of experience in ERP support, IT helpdesk, or customer service
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Acumatica, Dynamics 365 Business Central, or similar)
  • Basic understanding of business processes (e.g., finance, sales, inventory)
  • Diploma or Degree in IT, Business, or related field preferred (relevant experience also considered)
  • Patient, detail-oriented, with a problem-solving mindset
  • Customer-first approach with a passion for helping users
