Position: NSS Seller Acquisition
Industry: Logistics / E-commerce
Vacancy: 38 positions
Job Scope:

Follow up on leads generated by the Acquisition Leads team

Assist with all documentation and processes required to register sellers with the company (e.g. account creation, contract signing, etc.)

Ensure a smooth handover of acquired sellers to the backend relationship management team after the seller incubation period

Conduct regular outreach to sellers to gather feedback and help reduce seller churn
Job Requirements:

Good command of both Malay and English, written and spoken
-
Strong relationship management skills
-
Able to work independently and achieve set targets
-
Confident in pitching with a driven attitude to meet sales goals

Outgoing personality with good negotiation skills
-
Basic proficiency in Excel, including data entry and simple spreadsheet management

Experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is an added advantage

Open to fresh graduates with at least a diploma or degree
Work Location:
Menara Southpoint (travel may be required; mileage claim applicable for business travel)
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Salary Package:

Basic Salary: RM2,500

KPI Incentives: Up to RM1,000
