Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing inventory, procurement, and logistics to ensure timely delivery and availability of resources
- Monitor performance metrics and report on operational efficiency and productivity
- Help identify areas of improvement within operational processes and assist in implementing solutions
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment of tasks
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of operational reports and documentation
- Organize and manage schedules, meetings, and appointments for the operations team
- Handle administrative tasks, such as filing, correspondence, and record-keeping
- Assist with the implementation of new operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency
Job Requirements:
- minimum 2-3 years relevant experience such as sales, franchise shop, operation.
- Prefer Mandarin Speaker
- Salary: Rm2800-3500
- Working Hours: 5.5 days
