Job Responsibilities:
- Oversees all business operations aiming to optimize processes, manage resources, and ensure quality control to achieve organizational goals
- Monitor workflow and ensure day-to-day operations run efficiently and in line with company standards and on time
- Support the implementation of policies, procedures, and operational systems
- Coordinate team activities, manage scheduling, and help optimize staff productivity
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience such as sales, franchise shop, operation
- Prefer Mandarin Speaker
- Working hour : 5.5 days
