Job Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support on a daily basis
- Analyze customer inquiries and technical issues to deliver effective solutions and recommendations
- Respond promptly and efficiently to customer concerns to ensure a high level of satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support activities
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve support processes
- Continuously improve knowledge of company products, services, and support tools
- Adhere to company policies and procedures in handling customer interactions
Job Requirements:
- Possess strong customer service and technical troubleshooting skills
- Capable of identifying customer needs and resolving technical issues effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Able to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum qualification: Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level in any field
- Required languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia (additional languages are an advantage)
- Willing to work in Kuchai Lama
- Preferably candidates with experience in customer service or related fields
- Open to full-time (5 positions) and part-time (5 positions) roles
- Willing to work on shift or normal working hours
