Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and technical support on a daily basis
  • Analyze customer inquiries and technical issues to deliver effective solutions and recommendations
  • Respond promptly and efficiently to customer concerns to ensure a high level of satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support activities
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve support processes
  • Continuously improve knowledge of company products, services, and support tools
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures in handling customer interactions

Job Requirements:

  • Possess strong customer service and technical troubleshooting skills
  • Capable of identifying customer needs and resolving technical issues effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Able to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Minimum qualification: Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level in any field
  • Required languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia (additional languages are an advantage)
  • Willing to work in Kuchai Lama
  • Preferably candidates with experience in customer service or related fields
  • Open to full-time (5 positions) and part-time (5 positions) roles
  • Willing to work on shift or normal working hours
