Job Details

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure daily laboratory activities is carried out in safe manner and follow all the standard operating procedure and requirement and compliance to safety and environmental requirement. 
• Managing and supervise on daily quality control activities of raw materials to final product and other associated supporting materials. Ensure all inspection/testing program is carried out as per planned.
• Monitor and ensure all final product release meeting customer or contractual specification. Follow up and ensure issuance of test report or other reporting on timely manner.
• Regularly review inspection / test method, perform method validation for continual improvement, monitor product stability study program.
• Assist in investigation on quality non-conformities, customer complaint or process troubleshooting. 
• Provide technical support to Sales and Marketing Team, attend to customer’s questionnaire, declaration request or other product enquiry.
• Perform audit as assigned (internal audit and supplier audit) and participate on other audit activities (3rd party audit or customer audit).
• Provides training for laboratory personnel for continuous improvement of their competency.
• Ensure compliance to all applicable rules & regulation, legal compliance and company policy (e.g., Occupational Safety & Health Act 1994 and Regulations, Environmental Quality Act 1974, Factory & Machinery Act 1967, Poison Act 1952 & Regulations, etc.)
• To perform other related duties assigned or requested by the Management from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Oleo Chemistry or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in manufacturing processes is preferred.
• Preferable with experience in ISO 9001 Quality Management System & HACCP System.
