Job Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales goals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry/ Chemical Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, both verbal and written. Able to speak and write in Mandarin would be an added advantage
- Strong understanding of chemical/oleochemical products and their applications
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Possess own transport and willingness to travel as needed

- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges
- Experience with international sales and export processes
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the oleochemical industry
- Ability to analyse sales data and market trends to make informed decisions
