Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure product quality is right before production
- Ensure no oil spillage or contamination during transferring
- Ensure process parameters are within the set range
- Ensure product samples are correct and labelled before sending to the lab
- Send sample of final product for the lab to check before actual drumming
- Ensure all plant machinery is in good operating condition
- Ensure cleanliness at drumming, plant, and storage tank area
- Ensure CCP’S and CCP room in clean and good condition
- Support line leader at packing plant if any problem occurs
- Follow the planning schedule and carry out pre-preparation before drumming starts
- Support Plant 10 packing operation
- Monitor drumming feed tank conditions to avoid contamination
- Ensure finished products are properly weighed, cleaned, and labelled before sending to the WIP area
- Ensure all weigh checkers are in good order
- Ensure GMP are practiced during operations
- Perform any other task assigned by the superior
- Implement ISO9001, GMP & HACCP, ISO14001 & ISO45001 at the workplace
- Compliance with the Occupational Safety & Health Act 1994 and Regulations, Environmental Quality Act 1974, Factory & Machinery Act 1967 and Responsible Care
- Comply with all quality standards and requirements imposed by the Company and product specifications required by local and international clients
Job Requirements:
- Minimum SPM
- Minimum 1-year relevant working experience
- Preferably working in oleochemical industry

- Diligent and team player
- Able to work in shifts and long hours. (3 shifts)
- Have safety knowledge
