Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow the company’s presence across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Develop and execute effective marketing campaigns (online and offline)
• Assist in creating and maintaining the company’s branding strategy
• Design and produce promotional materials such as posters, brochures, banners, and digital content
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent brand messaging
• Plan and execute content calendars, ads, and email marketing efforts
• Monitor marketing performance and provide regular reports
• Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Graphic Design, or related field
• 1–3 years of working experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in social media marketing tools and graphic design software (e.g. Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Strong sense of creativity and attention to detail
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic video editing skills are a plus
