Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and monitor daily production activities to meet targets and deadlines
- Supervise and coordinate with production operators and line leaders
- Ensure products are manufactured on time and in compliance with quality standards
- Coordinate with the procurement, maintenance, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth production flow
- Troubleshoot and resolve any production issues or delays
- Monitor usage of raw materials and minimize wastage
- Maintain accurate production reports and records
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices
- Train and guide production staff as needed
