Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspection of incoming, in-process and final inspection on machined parts, weldments and assemblies as per technical drawings, customer’s specifications and requirements through the use of various types of inspection equipment set up
- Perform dimension check on parts, components and tools using micrometers, calipers, comparators, indicator, CMM & CREAFOAM
Perform visual, mechanical and functional check on components.
Report non-compliance parts to QA Engineer - Performs visual and dimensional inspection of incoming and outgoing components/parts
- Understand current specifications involving inspection tolerances, limitations, and procedures.
- Responsible for conducting inspection in accordance with approved technical data.
Job Requirements:
- GCE ‘O’ / ‘A’ Level with minimum 2 year working experience or
Diploma in Mechanical / Manufacturing / Quality Management with minimum 1 year working experience. - Good interpersonal skill and ability to communicate with all levels.
- Good understanding of technical drawing
- Familiar with all inspection methods and techniques
- Basic understanding of General Dimension & Tolerance control
- Proficient in the use of various types of inspection equipment and visual inspection aids
