Job Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence; direct inquiries appropriately
- Coordinate and maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel
- Organize and maintain filing systems; prepare and edit reports and presentations
- Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and receipts; manage office supplies
- Provide general support to executives and team members as needed
Job Requirements:
- Malaysian Citizen
- Not older than 28 years
- Holding a bachelor's degree in a recognized field
- Fresh Graduates are welcome
- Proficient in Microsoft office (Words, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Able to multitask
- Experience working in a field involving documentation is an advantage
- Have good communication skills
- High initiative
- Willing to learn and able to accept guidance and criticism
