Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence; direct inquiries appropriately
  • Coordinate and maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel
  • Organize and maintain filing systems; prepare and edit reports and presentations
  • Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and receipts; manage office supplies
  • Provide general support to executives and team members as needed

Job Requirements:

  • Malaysian Citizen
  • Not older than 28 years
  • Holding a bachelor's degree in a recognized field
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome
  • Proficient in Microsoft office (Words, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Able to multitask
  • Experience working in a field involving documentation is an advantage
  • Have good communication skills
  • High initiative
  • Willing to learn and able to accept guidance and criticism
