Job Responsibilities:
- Assist walk-in customers with product selection and inquiries
- Process sales orders, invoices, and payments accurately
- Recommend suitable hardware and timber products based on customer needs
- Maintain product displays and ensure counter area is clean and organized
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse for replenishment
- Provide excellent customer service and handle basic after-sales support
