Job Responsibilities:

eDeregistration Field Work

• Go on-site to help owners deregister old vehicles using JPJ’s online system
• Check vehicle identity (chassis & engine number) and complete the process on your mobile device
• Talk to customers politely and follow the appointment schedule

Chassis Number Marking

• Use engraving tools to mark vehicles for compliance
• Take photos and send reports to the office
• Make sure marking is neat, accurate, and follows JPJ rules

Workshop & Yard Support

• Help dismantle vehicle parts safely
• Keep the yard tidy and assist with parts storage or loading
• Drive company vehicles to run errands, deliver items, or assist with towing support

Other Duties

• Help with daily operational tasks like lifting, tool prep, and basic maintenance
• Follow safety rules and report any issues immediately
