Job Responsibilities:
- Prospect and close corporate clients (SMEs, startups, multinationals) for compliance and secretarial services.
- Identify client pain points in audit, governance, and regulatory areas to pitch tailored service packages.
- Manage and grow client accounts using CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Provide post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and identify upselling opportunities.
- Stay informed on corporate laws, compliance trends, and competitor offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine and improve service offerings based on client feedback.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Degree in Law/Finance/Business Administration (or related field).
- 1–2 years in B2B sales, preferably in compliance, legal services, or financial advisory.
- Familiarity with company secretarial work/corporate structures is a strong plus.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate complex regulations into client-friendly solutions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics.
- Language: Fluency in English (Malay/Chinese preferred for local markets).
