Job Responsibilities:
- Legal Advisory and Compliance
- Draft and review business contract and other related legal documents
- Tendering process- Pre-Qualification stage; 1TB Stage; Award Stage and Project execution advice
- Review and draft agreements for group companies
- Research and analyze legal problems
- Handle other tasks as assigned by management
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB)
- Min 2 years as in-house counsel, with at least 1 year in litigation
- Proficient in English and Mandarin; experience in construction contracts is advantageous
- Proactive, resourceful, independent,t and team-oriented
