Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and virtualization
• Install and upgrade computer components and software, manage virtual servers, and integrate automation processes
• Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues
• Work closely with IT and Robotics teams, such as implementing ERP modules with business, IoTs, big data, and automation applications to optimize performance efficiency, especially on server and network efficiency
• Lead desktop and helpdesk support efforts, making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions
• Responsible for capacity, storage planning, network, and database performance

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/ System Administration/ Computer Network or closely related field, or equivalent experience required
• Candidate with experience in System Administration or network administration, or relevant are highly considerable. Preferable at least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• System administration and IT certifications in Linux, Ubuntu, Microsoft, CCNA, or other network-related fields are a plus
• Require skill: Working knowledge of virtualization, VMWare, Firewall, and Security Setup (PfSense, OPNsense) or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocols
• Strong knowledge of implementing and effectively developing helpdesk and IT operations best practices, including expert knowledge of security, storage, data protection, and disaster recovery protocols
• Team player yet able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Committed to meet project deadlines, willing to share creative and innovative ideas, and open to receiving constructive feedback
• Team members are expected to be passionate about technologies, deliver results based on proven system for managing work and flexi-time
• Willing to work and travel in Glenmarie, Shah Alam, and Taman Peridunstrian, Pulau Indah
