Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily outlet operations and ensure smooth service
- Supervise and guide the service crew and kitchen staff
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle feedback or complaints
- Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety standards
- Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance
- Assist with inventory control, ordering, and stock checks
- Ensure POS accuracy and oversee cashiering duties
- Support store opening and closing procedures
Job Requirements:
- Chinese
- At least 1–2 years of supervisory experience in F&B or similar role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Customer-focused with a hands-on attitude
- Able to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards
- Familiar with POS systems and basic inventory management
