Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze current and emerging fashion trends
• Conduct market and competitor research
• Generate innovative and on-brand design ideas
• Create mood boards that reflect the creative direction of the collection
• Develop technical drawings and specification sheets
• Oversee fittings and refine garment samples as needed
• Prepare collection content briefings for internal teams
• Identify and source suitable fabrics, trims, and accessories (local & international)
• Collaborate with photographers, stylists, and creative teams on campaign shoots

Job Requirements:

• Passion for the fashion industry, especially Bridal RTW
• Strong sense of creativity and visual sensitivity (colors, shapes, textures)
• Ability to sketch designs by hand or digitally
• Experience creating moodboards and working with fabric swatches
• Knowledge of fabric types, garment construction, and material sourcing
• A modern and refined personal sense of style
• Comfortable expressing emotional intelligence — “softness” is seen as a creative strength
• Collaborative attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
