Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue payments
- Negotiate repayment plans and resolve outstanding debts
- Update and maintain accurate records of all interactions
- Follow up consistently to ensure timely payments
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and tactfully
- Achieve daily and monthly collection targets
- Escalate complex cases to the supervisor when necessary
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
