Job Responsibilities:
- Reet and assist customers in the showroom or via phone/email
- Present and explain vehicle features, pricing, and financing options
- Conduct test drives and vehicle inspections
- Negotiate the terms of sales and close deals
- Upsell and cross-sell insurance products and services
- Prepare and process necessary sales and insurance paperwork
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Maintain knowledge of market trends, inventory, and promotions
