Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with the full life cycle of the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening applications, arranging interviews, and onboarding new hires
- Administer employee records, benefits, and payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing
- Assist in maintaining daily records of HACCP standards to ensure food safety compliance
- Provide support during customer audits and handle any related inquiries
- Assist in managing employee relations and addressing any concerns or grievances effectively
- Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations
- Assist with data entry, filing, and document organization to ensure efficient record-keeping
- Undertake any other administrative tasks as required to support overall business objectives
Job Requirements:
- A diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Excellent communication and written skills in both English and Bahasa
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Must possess own transport
