Job Details

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and track supply operations through effective communication with the warehouse, transporters, and customers
• Receiving and processing Sales orders and managing order delivery timeliness
• Issuing sales transaction invoices and ensuring invoice accuracy
• Maintaining accurate customer records and order information in our system
• Assisting with the coordination of sales-related activities and events
• Providing support to the sales team as needed, including generating reports and preparing presentations
• Ensuring smooth communication between the sales and operations departments

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales administration or customer service role
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, with strong skills in Excel and data management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
