Job Responsibilities:

  • Able to contact overseas customers as well as local customers for sales approaching, whether through e-communication platforms such as e-mail, WhatsApp, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, etc, or face-to-face visits
  • Manage and assist in export/import documentation, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with relevant regulations
  • Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure seamless delivery of products to customers

Job Requirements:

  • Relevant experience: At least 2 years of experience in a sales approach to customer service, administrative role, preferably within an export/import or logistics environment
  • Certain knowledge of welding products is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia with the ability to liaise effectively with multi-national customers and stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Competent in using MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
