Job Responsibilities:
- Explore new horizons: Identify potential customers and uncover new business opportunities to expand the company's market reach
- Build relationships: Develop and maintain strong connections with customers through regular visits, calls, and networking activities
- Drive sales growth: Generate leads and craft innovative strategies to close deals effectively
- Manage orders: Process customer orders by generating sales orders and related documents with precision
- Ensure timely delivery: Collaborate with Sales Administration to guarantee on-time delivery schedules for customers
- Provide after-sales support: Plan and coordinate post-sale services to enhance customer satisfaction
- Expand customer base: Actively seek out new customers and business opportunities to fuel company growth
Job Requirements:
- Educational background: Candidates with at least an SPM qualification or above are encouraged to apply with a science background
- Experience talent: experience of at least 3 years required, and fresh graduates are welcome
- Positive attitude: Individuals with initiative, responsibility, meticulousness, and excellent interpersonal skills will thrive in this role
- Language proficiency: Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin is essential for effective communication with diverse customers and team members
- Ready to start: Candidates able to begin work on short notice will have an advantage in the selection process
