Job Responsibilities:

• Produce original video and multimedia content for brand channels, including social media, campaigns, and internal communications
• Be confident and comfortable appearing on camera for video content and brand storytelling
• Stay updated on digital content trends, social media best practices, and especially short-form video formats (TikTok, Instagram Reels and etc)
• Maintain and manage a content calendar with a focus on timely, creative, and engaging content
• Proactively pitch fresh content ideas and formats inspired by audience trends and brand direction
• Support brand campaigns with innovative creative content and assets
• Use content data insights to suggest improvements and optimize future content

Job Requirements:

• 1.5–2 years of experience in content creation or creative production, with strong video skills
• Must be confident and NOT camera-shy
• Hands-on experience with video scripting, filming, and editing (Capcut/ Canva)
• Deep understanding of social media platforms and trends, especially short-form video content
• Proactive and creative mindset with strong storytelling ability.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Portfolio demonstrating creative video or digital content work
