Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the HQ Finance department to support and progressively take ownership of full-set accounts for all entities within the global group, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, accuracy in financial records, and proper documentation
• Prepare and deliver accurate monthly financial reports to facilitate timely month-end closing processes and meet corporate deadlines
• Liaise with internal and external auditors to address audit queries, provide requested documentation, and maintain audit-ready records in alignment with regulatory requirements
• Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations, resolve discrepancies, and prepare finalized accounts for managerial review
• Stay updated on local financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax guidelines, ensuring timely implementation across group entities
• Dedicate time to master the job scope within the allocated timeframe, provide constructive feedback on current financial reports, and proactively identify opportunities to automate or streamline workflows for improved efficiency and data accuracy
• Assist superiors with other ad-hoc financial tasks

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1 year of experience in finance or accounting, or Fresh Graduate in the related field
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork skills. ( English and Mandarin required to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
