Job Responsibilities:
- Perform operational support to business development team, with which main responsibility being to issue insurance certificates issuance, generate invoices, and collect payments from clients
- Responsible for keeping track of the policy’s expiry and preparing renewal notice. Perform follow-up with clients to ensure renewal is purchased or turned into a secured deal.
- Refer/Produce insurance quotations via Principals’ platform/portal and deliver them to clients via email or other medium.
- To monitor clients' outstanding payment records and perform collection exercise by sending SOA (Statement of Account) to clients
- Follow up on policy issuance from Principal’s end and ensure it is dispatched to clients accordingly.
- Cross-check the policy and invoice to ensure the client is billed correctly.
- Submit payment slips from clients to the account department for payment update purposes.
