Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative and operational support for the office
  • Coordinate supplier chain process, such as import, customs clearance, and export
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation, filing, and data entry
  • Perform any other related duties as required to support business operations

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in administrative or operations support
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Fluent in English; ability to speak other languages is a plus
  • Self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn – takes initiative, seeks continuous improvement, and actively contributes without needing constant supervision
